Heel Pain
What are heel pain's primary causes?
Foot Fasciitis
Your foot has a strip of tissue on the sole. This tissue protects your natural arch by joining the front of your foot to your heel. This essential ligament assists in absorbing all of the pressure and strain that our bodies put on our feet. When this supportive band is overworked or overstretched, tiny tears start to occur, which is known as plantar fasciitis. A lot of people experience this painful ailment. Anything from regular running to carrying a particularly big piece of furniture or appliance to simply wearing your favourite old shoes can set it off.
