Shipping is 100% Free :)
It takes 7 days for insoles and 10 days for custom Sandals/slippers and 4 days for arch support slippers to deliver within India. If there is delay, fee free to mail us at footcare.jpr@gmail.com
We will respond within 1 hour during work timings.

If you let us know within 2 hours, we will do a full refund. Once the order goes into processing, unfortunately, we can’t do refund because each sole is being made customized. However, we refund 70% of the amount, if the order is cancelled the next day subject to the condition product hasn’t gone into the manufacturing stage.
​ Replacement - If for some reason, there's some defect in the product within the first 3 months, we do the replacement free of cost.
Defect doesn't cover usual wear and tear that happens because of use.
